A monthly, in-person group coaching session, hosted after hours in your doctor’s office once a month, to help you build healthier habits, reduce stress, and feel supported between physician visits.

Each session includes a free 15-minute 1:1 follow-up video or phone call, practical handouts, and optional support tools.
